Saba Enterprises provides independent, multibrand home appliance repair and maintenance services. We are not authorised, affiliated, or associated with any appliance manufacturer or brand. Brand names used on our website are for identification and reference purposes only.

## 2. Service Booking

By booking a service with us (through phone, website, WhatsApp, or in person), you agree that:

- All information provided by you is accurate

- You are the legal owner/responsible user of the appliance

- Entry to the premises is permitted for our technician

- You understand that service slots depend on technician availability

We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request.

## 3. Diagnosis & Service Charges

A visiting/inspection/diagnosis charge may apply, depending on the service area and appliance type. These charges are non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

Service charges, spare parts costs, and labour costs will be communicated clearly before repair work begins.

## 4. Spare Parts

- We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts, depending on availability and customer preference.

- We do not guarantee availability of brand-authorised parts, as we are not an authorised service centre.

- Spare part pricing may vary depending on market availability.

Once installed and accepted, spare parts cannot be returned.

## 5. Warranty on Service

Any warranty offered on service or parts (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of repair. Warranty does not cover:

- Physical damage

- Water damage

- Future electrical fluctuations

- Mishandling or improper use of the appliance

Warranty is void if any third-party technician opens or repairs the appliance after our service.

## 6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate appliance information

- Ensuring the appliance is accessible for repair

- Ensuring proper electrical, water, and drainage connections at home

- Monitoring their appliance after repair for any unusual behaviour and informing us immediately

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or hidden damages not visible during inspection.

## 7. Payments

Payment must be made after service completion through cash, UPI, or any method we support. Unpaid service charges or part costs must be cleared immediately.

## 8. No Refund Policy

Saba Enterprises follows a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of on-site service. This includes:

- Visiting charges

- Service charges

- Labour charges

- Spare part charges

If an issue persists, we provide re-check or follow-up support based on our warranty terms—but refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

## 9. Limitations of Liability

We aim to diagnose and repair appliances accurately, but we are not liable for:

- Any secondary damage occurring due to pre-existing issues

- Electrical fluctuations causing appliance failure

- Data loss (for smart appliances)

- Delay due to weather, traffic, or unavoidable situations

- Natural wear and tear after service completion

Our responsibility is limited only to the work performed by our technicians.

By using our website, you agree:

- Not to post false reviews or misleading information

- Not to attempt unauthorised access to website data
